CANARY SIDECAR


Yield: 1 Drink


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces Cognac

  • 0.75 ounce Canary Orange Liqueur

  • 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice



PREPARATION

  1. Prepare coupe with sugar rim if desired.

  2. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  4. Strain into prepared coupe.

  5. Garnish with orange peel.
